Released emails indicate Belyakov helped arrange a three-year visa for Epstein's visits to Russia. Epstein subsequently introduced Belyakov to Peter Thiel, Reid Hoffman, and Ehud Barak.
⚠️ Inclusion in this database means a person's name appears in the released Epstein documents in the context described. The DOJ's own February 14, 2026 letter to Congress explicitly states that names appear 'in a wide variety of contexts,' including unrelated press reporting fragments. Presence in a document does not establish criminal wrongdoing.
