Passenger on flightflight log2006-02-27
Released material indicates Phelan flew with Epstein on Epstein's aircraft from New York to London on February 27, 2006, and on the return flight on March 3, 2006.
⚠️ Inclusion in this database means a person's name appears in the released Epstein documents in the context described. The DOJ's own February 14, 2026 letter to Congress explicitly states that names appear 'in a wide variety of contexts,' including unrelated press reporting fragments. Presence in a document does not establish criminal wrongdoing.
