Released 2012 emails show Lutnick exchanging messages with Epstein about a 'possible boat trip to Epstein's private island.' Lutnick acknowledged in a Senate confirmation hearing that he had visited the island with his family, stating they had 'lunch on the island — that is true — for an hour.' Several Democrats, including Sen. Adam Schiff (D-CA), have called for Lutnick to resign over revelations he was more involved with Epstein than he initially disclosed.

Released emails and coordination records also show Lutnick invested in a venture with Epstein in 2013 and invited Epstein to a 2015 Hillary Clinton fundraiser. The relationship spans approximately 2012–2017.

⚠️ Inclusion in this database means a person's name appears in the released Epstein documents in the context described. The DOJ's own February 14, 2026 letter to Congress explicitly states that names appear 'in a wide variety of contexts,' including unrelated press reporting fragments. Presence in a document does not establish criminal wrongdoing.
